Ryleigh and Momma

We were just playing around and decided to take some pictures. You can kind of see one of her new teeth in the pic. It is her "I" tooth (some people call these fangs) on the bottom left (her left). It has come in quite a bit more since we took these. Today, I noticed the other "I" tooth on the other side has just poked through! That makes 14 teeth all together! I am happy to say that they all look straight and are white as white can be! I was really scared that she would have teeth like mine...we will see how those adult teeth come in before we make a final decision.

We Have Pigtails...

I am finally able to put Ryleigh's hair in pigtails! It is a little tough on her and me becuase she never sits still! We don't do it very often because they don't stay for long and it is a little painful for her. She looks so adorable!

First School Pictures

Ryleigh's day care had someone come in and take pictures of all of the kids. I am considering these her first school pictures. I am not ordering too many but I wanted everyone to see how cute they turned out. The pictures we order will be cropped better and the color fixed. I like the one on the left the best!

Ryleigh One Year Ago

These are pictures of Ryleigh exactly one year ago. Can you believe how much she has changed in just one year!!! At this time she was just starting to sit up by herself and she had NO teeth or hair! Look at all of those rolls! It is crazy how fast it all happens! She will be 18 months old on May 2nd!!!

Ice Cream!

Bryan, Ryleigh and I went out for ice cream the other night and I realized that it was Ryleigh's first ice cream outing. Of course she has had ice cream before, but I mean actually going to the ice cream shop to get it! She had her very own little bowl of ice cream and was as happy as could be about it!

Messy Girl

I was looking through some stuff on the kitchen counter tonight while Ryleigh ate her dinner. When I turned around this is what I saw!!! She has been getting less and less messy at mealtimes...until tonight!

Picture Day

Ryleigh has picture day today at school and this was her before we left! We had quite a morning getting ready!

The Next Mozart????

She loved playing on Grandma and Grandpa Van Emmerik's organ. I think she has some potential!!! She would dance and play at the same time...but of course, not when the camera is rolling!

Outside

If you can hear her, she is saying "ball". That is my Mom and Dad's cat and she loved it! She would bend her knees and pat her legs to try and get the cat to come to her.

Here she is just playing on Mom and Dad's new patio. In the last picture she is next to her tree that they planted for her last summer. It is a little hard to see but soon she will be climbing it!
